Here is another cool Disneyland Records sign I found online. I fixed it up a bit in photoshop as the original photo was kinda poor quality, and then I printed it out and attached it to some corrugated cardboard. It's now on top of my Disneyland Records 45 display rack. Looks kinda cool don't you think?

I saw this auction of Disneyland items (dated 1969-72) online about a year ago. I have the Disneyland box sets of records, Volume 1 and 2, but I had never seen the greeting card records or the "Official Dealer" sticker for sellers of Disneyland Records. I did some quick Googling and read that there were 12 of the greeting card records. Each 6 x 6 inch cardboard greeting card came with a perforated flexi-disc record attached to the inside of the card, complete with music, sound effects and Disney characters talking to you!
I also liked the dealer sticker so much that I printed it out on glossy card stock and added it to my collection.

Micky & Minnie's Runaway Railway on Record
I received my 2021 D23 membership kit today and inside were all kinds of amazing goodies, including an exclusive D23 Gold member 45 RPM record with "Bear Band Serenade" from Country Bear Jamboree (October 1, 1971) on Side A, and "Nothing Can Stop Us Now" from Mickey & Minnie's Runaway Railway (March 4, 2020) on Side B.
I realize there are those who would have kept this record sealed, but it took me just a few seconds to bust off the shrink wrap and place it on my turntable to give it a whirl. After all, its a record, and isn't that what they are made for!?

How do you do? Fine! A friendly greetin'.
How do you do? Say it when you're meetin'.
How do you do? With everyone repeatin':
Pretty good, sure as you're born.
What goes up is sure to come down,
Penny lost is a penny found,
I'll "howdy" you, you'll "howdy" back,
This for that an' tit for tat.
Chorus: How do you do?
Fine, how are you?
How you come on?
Pretty good, sure as you're born.
Uncle Remus:
Stop jumpin', Br'er Rabbit,
you'll run out of breath.
Why don't you sit down an' calm yourself?
Brer Rabbit:
Well the grasshopper jump,
and so do the flea.
I do what I like, and I suits me!
[Repeat Chorus]
Uncle Remus:
The weather's good, the fishin's fine.
Now what do you do with all your time?
Brer Rabbit:
Oh, I zigs and I zags, I to's and I fro's.
That's what you're askin'
and that's what you knows.
[Repeat Chorus]
Brer Frog:
Mind now, Br'er Rabbit, better mend your ways.
You's headin' for trouble one of these days.
Uncle Remus:
Warnin' that rabbit is wastin' your breath!
Brer Rabbit:
Don't worry about me;
I can take care of myself!
